General Job Description 

Life Cabins is soliciting a dedicated, on duty maintenance person to perserve tiny rental cabins. You are experienced in off-grid systems, plumbing and propane fixtures is an asset. You have a vehicle. Moreover, we will offer to coach if further collaboration exists.  You will be hourly paid; however, these conditions are likely to change to a full-time position, including benefits and a paid vacation.

Full Job Specification

You are passionate about the outdoors; you are a dedicated and dexterous person; you are responsible for keeping our cabins proper and functioning well, general cabin repairs, preventative maintenance, building encouragement, and emergency guest assistance. You are reliable and self-motivated, and finally, you like to drive between cabins to manage and attend to all the necessary needs.

 Responsibilities

* Check control panels and electrical wiring (12V, solar and 110V) to identify issues 
* Restore or Instal necessary equipment
* Finalize regular maintenance choirs including cleaning water intakes, generator maintenance, sanding and refinishing etc.
* Diagnose and debug various equipment and systems like 12V electrical, plumbing fixtures gas appliances, etc.
* Attend minor fixes including scarring/destruction to walls, fixing broken locks, etc. 
* Run opposing choirs and reports through digital or app involvement 
* Be ready to drive contrasting distances like one ore more hrs. between cabins  
* When needed always interact with guests and reply rapidly to assist with any concerns
* At times perform essential cleaning activities including mopping, dusting, discharge waste, etc. 

Qualifications

* Amicable and hospitable 
* High school diploma or equivalent 
* Working knowledge of 12-volt wiring, solar power, plumbing, and electrical systems 
* Experience working with a variety of devices like the electrical and the hand ones
* Competence to read and utilize technical manuals
* Competence to read and utilize technical drawings 
* Access to a mobile telephone 

Schedule 

* Flexible hours that may involve short shifts, nights, weekends, and long shifts 
* Normal hours along with on duty availability

Allowance & Courtesy

* Hourly Pay $29-$30/hr (dependent on experience)
* Paid travel time
