PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Life Cabins are off-grid arrangements, solar powered and eco-friendly tiny cabins on wheels. Cabins are located in wonderful and private domains. All the visitors are responsible for their own safety and should know typical regulation and have standard wilderness expertise to transport themselves in the logs. Backup generators are available for all cabins if the solar energy is bounded.

Visitors should be comfortable operating a generator if needed. Written instruction are available in every cabin. For bodily injury or damage to personal property due to exposure to unforeseeable weather or irregular surroundings, Life Cabins is not liable for all this. Furthermore, for environmental factors such as unforeseeable weather or insects, refunds will not be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations to your booking must be made through email. A cancellation fee will be applied correlating to the number of days your annulment is made, before the day of your anticipated arrival:

Cancelling within 24 hours from making your reservation it is fit for 100% Refund
Cancelling before than 14 days prior to check-in it is fit for a Main Refund (80% of the total booking amount)
Cancelling 7 to 14 days before check-In it is fit for a Partial Refund (50% of the total booking amount)
Cancelling 7 (one week) or fewer days prior to check-in it is fit for a 0% Refund/ No Refund

*** We will give 100% credit for your next booking with Lifecabins if you can’t honor your reservation due to Covid-19 related governmental shutdowns. A full refund will be based on Life Cabins Refund Policy. ***

Any change to your booking dates is considered a new booking and will be subject to the Cancellation Policy above.

UTILIZATION

Anyone under 19 years is not permitted on the Property unless he or she is accompanied by a guardian or parent.
Activities such as tenting, camping or other additional settlement on the Property are prohibited without any written authorization by us. Visitors can only use the Property for personal rest.

SPECIFICATION OF VISITORS

The total number of individuals attending the cabin over the day/night, we have initially scheduled should not surpass the number of individuals mentioned on the booking at the time of your arrival. If visitors do not cooperate and comply with Life Cabins policies a breach of the Agreement will be claimed, and visitors may be asked to vacate the Property or will be charged an Additional Guest Fee of $30/per day.

PETS

Per booking, only 1 pet (dog) is welcomed with the visitors. Pets must be indicated on the authentic booking and visitors will be charged a fee of $20/per night. Cabins that permit pets accommodation will indicate a pet-friendly symbol during booking process. Any violation of agreement will be claimed if a pet is brought on the property without prior permission and fee payment. Consequently, to this act visitors may be required to evacuate the Property without a refund or charged a fee of $20/per day. Visitors are responsible for their pet required vaccination and exposure to wild prior to arrival. Besides visitors should bring a bed or extra covers for their pet. Pets are not permitted on our couch nor bed. All litter made by the pet must be cleaned up instantly and should be taken home upon departure. For all responsibilities of the pet, the visitors are liable. Any other pet except dogs is not permitted.

SMOKING

Smoking inside the cabin is forbidden. Life Cabins is not responsible for any damage due to smoking. In addition, if any damage is identified on the property due to smoking, a damage fee will be charged on the visitor’s credit card. Visitors must at all times clean up all cigarette butts from the Property and cautiously discard them in the refuse.

CLEANING

Prior to the arrival of the visitors, Life Cabins is closely cleaned. Before each departure, visitors are responsible to clean and live the cabin in the same condition as when arrived on the property. Visitors must bring out their own waste, be considerate about any clutter and maintain cleanliness. A cleaning fee of $35 will be included in your total.

Liability declaration

The policies of our company are clear that you will assume full responsibility for your well-being and health while booking Life Cabins. The framework of our consideration goes beyond care, but we do not take responsibility if you as the guest get injured both directly and indirectly in the process of booking life cabins with us.

Within the terms of service and understanding of our regulations, you’re advised to be extra careful while enjoying the Life Cabins. That does not mean you’re on your own, but our jurisdiction and policy does not allow you to get compensations beyond our provision as aforementioned in this declaration. After all, emergency vehicles are not able to reach the wilderness and forests where cabins are.

You should be aware of the nature of damages that are likely to occur to you while in the Life Cabins. They may include fire, damages from misconducts like intoxication, loss through theft, accidents, or even death.

This should brace you with extra care while booking and operating life cabins. We will, therefore, not be responsible in any way if you happen to find yourself in similar situations.

The policies and terms of service for our company are legally sound. All our policies are vetted, tried, tested, and proven for fairness and validity. Our employees, hires, successors, and representatives are legally allowed to claim compensations and payments to our guests as provided by our terms and conditions of company operations. In the same way, they are expected to perform in the best possible way to avoid inconveniences. They are also entitled to care compensations and support in case of loss, injuries, damages, and death.

This liability policy does not rule out our care and concern for your safety. As our visitors, we ensure your security, safety, guidance, and counsel. We help to minimize or reduce negligence, fraud, errors, omissions, and possible cases of misconduct from people who represent us in the operation of life cabins and our facilities.
